Clock: 7-simul

Bring every dial to 12, one side then the other.
The Clock is solved when every dial on both faces points to 12. Its pins decide which dials a wheel turns: a pin pushed up joins its corner dial to the dials next to it, so turning a wheel turns every joined dial at once. Speed solvers use 7-simul: a fixed sequence of pin settings, each with two wheels turned together, read from the dials during inspection.

The front

Solve the front's dials first: read them in inspection and work out how far each wheel turn has to go, then follow the pin settings in order.

The back

Turn the puzzle over and do the same for the back, finishing with every dial on both faces at 12. The exact pin settings and the reading of each turn are best learnt from a 7-simul tutorial with the puzzle in hand.
